It is not every day that an emerging talent of this magnitude comes to the attention of Sydney audiences. The Sydney International Piano Competition Rex Hobcroft People’s Choice Award winner 2023, Korkmaz Can Sağlam blew audiences away with his dynamism, intensity and brilliant expressiveness.
Korkmaz Can has already appeared on concert stages in New York, Cleveland, Sydney, Salzburg, Brussels, Nice and Ankara in his native Turkey. In addition to his recital appearances, Korkmaz Can has also made his first studio album, to be released in 2024.
