Piano+ continues a strong tradition of providing educational opportunities and access to the best artists from at home and around world to Australian music students of all ages.
This year’s Sydney International Piano Competition chamber music partners and members of the jury will each give a two-hour masterclass to students from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and the Conservatorium High School. This partnership will harness the extraordinary talents available during the competition, leaving an impactful legacy to those participating students, teachers and members of the audience.
Fazioli are the proud sponsors of this program and they will have two wonderful Fazioli instruments available for the piano masterclasses. One is resident at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and the second brought in especially, with thanks to Australia Piano World.
Each masterclass will be held in the East Recital Hall at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and is open to the public to attend. There is no need to book and these masterclasses are free of charge with thanks to Fazioli.
