Euga Ruan completed her Bachelor of Music in piano performance in 2016 at the Australian Institute of Music (AIM) under Dr. Wojciech Wisniewski and obtained a Master of Music degree in 2019. While at AIM, Euga has participated in masterclasses with renowned pianists and teachers such as Katerina Makarova, Dr. Kirill Monorosi, Hans-Dieter Michatz, Dr. Suzanna Hlinka and Dr. Alistair Noble. Recently, she completed her second Masters of Music (Performance Teaching) at the University of Melbourne under Professor Jerry Wong.
Euga has taught in several private studios both in Sydney and in Melbourne; she has also undergone professional placements in both primary and secondary schools as an Instrumental teacher. Along with teaching piano, Euga has worked as a freelance accompanist for AMEB exams and worked in a causal capacity for the University of Melbourne, Conservatorium of Music providing accompaniment for the Choral Conducting classes.
