Jen Cramer has been working in the Australian creative and cultural industry for 26 years as an Operations Manager, Production Manager, Stage Manager, Tour Manager, and teacher of technical theatre.
Bringing skills from small-scale single person work to large-scale festivals and events, as well as project and change management, Jen collaborates with emerging artist and technicians on long-term new works and delivers festivals of 256 public events in 110 venues across fifty-two towns (state-wide) within a ten-day period (Ten Days on the Island, Tasmania’s premier state-wide international arts festival).
A graduate of NIDA’s Bachelor of Technical Production, Jen has worked with Company B Belvoir, Griffin Theatre Company, Theatre of Image and Ceremonies for the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
In Tasmania Jen has worked with Archipelago Productions, Blue Cow Theatre, the Theatre Royal, Performing Lines, Tasmania, Terrapin, TasDance and the Salamanca Arts Centre.
