Announcing the 2024 national tour of Jeonghwan Kim, the winner of the prestigious 2023 Sydney International Piano Competition. Don’t miss this opportunity to have one of the world’s most exciting and emerging pianists perform in your venue. The tour will showcase the exceptional talent and artistry of this 23-year-old and foreshadow what his future development as a pianist may hold.

The performance is suitable for all ages and audiences. The music performed is classical and will lend itself to easy marketing to local audiences. A full marketing kit will be available to assist your promotional activities including biography, photographs and video assets. Jeonghwan will be available from his home in Germany prior to the tour commencing for your local media opportunities and from his arrival and throughout the Australian tour.

Details

Dates: Between August, September and October 2024

Recital length: Two options are available of either 90 minutes, plus a 20-minute interval, or 70 minutes no interval.

Fee 

$ 3,600 ex GST

The fee is  inclusive of:

  • Performance Fee
  • All ground transport
  • Accommodation
  • Travel allowance
  • Contribution to International Airfare
  • Tour management

Other costs: 

  • Domestic airfares x 2 if applicable (a tour manager will accompany at all times)

Technical requirements 

  • Grand piano, tuned on the day prior or day of the recital. 
  • Simple and elegant concert lighting. A simple lighting plan is available here
  • Sound requirements as required by your venue for an acoustic piano recital.
